Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and implement improvements using process modeling and mapping tools
- Integrate methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to optimize IT system development and lifecycle performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and desired outcomes
- Develop detailed documentation for process flows and improvement plans
- Recommend process enhancements and monitor implementation success
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with operational processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process engineering
- Demonstrated experience with business process management (BPM) tools
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and related methodologies
- Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio or ARIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives or digital modernization efforts
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments
