Comfort Adviser (In-Home Sales)

Location: Southern Pennsylvania and New Jersey Areas

About The Role

Synergy3 is hiring a Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and recommend heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency improvements. This position focuses on in-home consultations, solution design, and guiding customers through the purchase process.

What You'll Do

• Visit customers at their homes to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns
• Develop customized recommendations for HVAC replacement and weatherization upgrades
• Present pricing, financing options, and project timelines clearly
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and support decision-making
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure accurate project handoff
• Maintain a pipeline of leads through company-provided opportunities and self-generated referrals
• Track activity and customer details in company systems
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Strong interpersonal and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple prospects
  
  

HVAC experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Compensation

• Base salary: $30,000 annually
• Commissions:
• $50 per completed home audit and system entry
• 5% of closed and completed projects
• Typical annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000 , depending on performance
