Flexible hours; employee may set their own schedule within business needs.Position OverviewA professional psychology practice is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Secretary / File Clerk to assist with organizing and managing office files and documentation. This role will work directly with and report to the practice owner.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, sort, and file papers and documents in alphabetical and logical orderReorganize and manage existing files and folders to improve accessibilityPrint letters and other documents as neededMake phone calls to follow up on and track down missing files or paperworkReview and understand documents to ensure accurate filing and placementMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive informationQualificationsPrior experience working as a Secretary or in an office administrative roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to read, understand, and properly categorize office documentationBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft OfficeProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicComfortable working independently in an office environmentInterview ProcessStep 1: Zoom video interviewStep 2: Onsite interview with the owner
