Come change the future with us.Position OverviewElectrical Technicians support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and remediation of Energy Cube systems. This role includes building energy cube trays, installing battery management systems, performing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and working with high-voltage systems up to 1500 volts. Technicians ensure product quality, follow precise documentation, and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.We are hiring technicians of all experience levels across multiple shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming energy blocks to confirm quality and identify any issuesAssemble and disassemble Energy Cube trays and componentsInstall Battery Management Systems (BMS) and string boardsPerform initial testing following FAT procedures and ensure FAT documentation is completed accuratelyUse hand and power tools safely to assemble electrical and mechanical sub-assembliesRead and interpret technical drawings, electrical/mechanical blueprints, and bills of materialsInspect subassemblies and assemblies using measurement tools, visual inspection, and test equipmentIdentify, correct, and prevent process or material defectsTroubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues efficientlyEnergize and discharge energy cubes at voltages up to 1500VMonitor data recorders, gather and analyze test data, and adjust parameters as neededServe as the on-shift point of contact for progress updates to supervisors and managersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong organization and ability to prioritize tasksCapability to perform a wide range of tasks within the departmentAbility to train and mentor less experienced team membersEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficient use of hand/power tools and measurement devicesAbility to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematicsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 50 lbs on a routine basisSolid troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systemsEducation & Experience LevelsElectrical Technician AssociateNo experience requiredAssociate degree in an electrical field requiredDemonstrated mechanical skill with hand and power toolsElectrical Technician Level I2 years electrical experienceAssociate degree in an electrical field requiredCompetent with hand and power toolsElectrical Technician Level II5 years electrical experienceHigh-voltage and industrial/manufacturing experience requiredJourneyman electrician preferredAssociate degree in an electrical field requiredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
