What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator - Construction position at Synergy Staffing Services, LLC?
A growing Johnson County construction company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the Project Managers.
The Project Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks that includes:
- Be the point of contact for the Project Managers
- Make calls to vendors to gather information needed for billing
- Develop bids and estimates for various construction projects
- Type up submittals
- Keep track and maintain accurate documents for projects
- Order materials for projects
- Helps process some accounts payable
- Make sure invoices are coded correctly for each job
- Any other needs as assigned
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator within the Construction industry
- Experience with Procore software preferred
- Excellent Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving

Salary : $64,000 - $70,000
