Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Paola.

This role is essential in providing exceptional client support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and another language, and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Multilingual abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and data entry skills are highly valued to enhance our service quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly
• Assist clients with account management, data entry, and updating information accurately within our systems
• Support sales efforts by promoting products or services when appropriate
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to generate reports or document customer interactions as needed
• Analyze customer feedback and communication patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields is preferred
• Previous experience with a CRM software is preferred, but not a must
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including typing at a fast pace
• Experience with outbound calling and client engagement strategies is a plus
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide insights for service enhancements
• Ability to handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolution
