About the Role
- Monitor and analyze general ledger activity to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare recurring journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules
- Support month-end and year-end reporting by producing statements and variance analyses
- Review revenue and expense trends and provide insight into performance fluctuations
- Maintain daily cash activity reports and help assess organizational cash position
- Assist with preparing profit & loss, balance sheet schedules, depreciation reviews, and other standard financial outputs
- Support audits and internal review processes as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience; exposure to healthcare is a plus
- Solid understanding of core accounting concepts, general ledger structure, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical ability with comfort interpreting financial data
- Experience with modern accounting software and productivity tools
- Effective communicator who can clearly explain findings and financial trends
- Commitment to accuracy, organization, and consistent follow-through
