We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join a growing finance team within a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly close activities, including preparing entries and reviewing account balances
- Compile and verify financial information for internal summaries and management reporting
- Manage invoice processing, employee reimbursements, and routine payments
- Monitor cash activity and assist with reconciliations and forecasting
- Support audits, filings, and other compliance-related documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting procedures
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
Preferred:
- Familiarity with multi-entity accounting or consolidations
- Progress toward CPA certification
