What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Analyst position at Synergy Search?
Fast-growing company is looking for a strong data-savvy individual to come in and support budgeting cycles and ad hoc projects.
This role is hybrid flexible for 1 day a week remote, 4 days in office.
You’ll do
- Run end-to-end FP&A cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual): budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Prepare & present monthly/quarterly reporting and projections; surface risks/opportunities
- Track performance vs annual & long-range plans; deliver actionable insights
- Partner with Accounting during close to ensure accurate, timely results and explanations
- Improve reporting, models, and analytics across Finance
- Tackle ad-hoc analyses and special projects to inform decisions
You’ll bring
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related)
- 3–7 years in FP&A or an analytical role
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint; comfortable with Teams and BI/ERP tools
- Sharp quantitative skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
- Highly organized with solid project management
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
