Senior Financial Analyst

Fast-growing company is looking for a strong data-savvy individual to come in and support budgeting cycles and ad hoc projects.

This role is hybrid flexible for 1 day a week remote, 4 days in office.

You’ll do

• Run end-to-end FP&A cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual): budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Prepare & present monthly/quarterly reporting and projections; surface risks/opportunities
• Track performance vs annual & long-range plans; deliver actionable insights
• Partner with Accounting during close to ensure accurate, timely results and explanations
• Improve reporting, models, and analytics across Finance
• Tackle ad-hoc analyses and special projects to inform decisions

You’ll bring

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related)
• 3–7 years in FP&A or an analytical role
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint; comfortable with Teams and BI/ERP tools
• Sharp quantitative skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
• Highly organized with solid project management
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
