Key Responsibilities:
- Review event settlements for accuracy and input transactions into the accounting system.
- Generate and review event financial statements.
- Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments related to events.
- Assist with month-end financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Support tax payment preparation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support other teams.
- Enter payments, receipts, and payables into the accounting system.
- Maintain compliance with financial standards and internal policies.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
