What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Program Manager position at Synergy Interactive?
We are currently partnered with a leading hospitality client that is looking for a Technical Program/Project Manager based in Bethesda, Maryland.
This is a 3-month contract to start with the potential to extend. Candidates must work on-site at least 3 days per week. Sponsorship is not provided at this time.
Role Summary
This role will assist with day-to-day project tracking, communication across teams, following up on tasks, and helping ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare notes and action items.
- Collect updates from development and QA teams.
- Support weekly status reporting and release preparations.
- Log issues, follow up on open items, and escalate when needed.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (Teams/Jira)
- Project coordination or PMO experience.
Good to have skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Prior work with API, cloud, or modernization projects.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional team.
- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.
Salary : $40 - $60
