Our client is seeking a Group Creative Director, Art to lead brand-first creative work that balances exceptional craft with real performance. This role is for a senior creative who can define the big idea, set the creative standard, and translate brand platforms into film, social, and shippable digital experiences.
You will act as a player-coach, owning the creative vision while leading integrated teams across brand, design, and digital execution. You’ll partner closely with strategy, product, and engineering to ensure ideas don’t just live in decks, but launch in the real world.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the core brand idea, narrative, and visual system across campaigns and platforms
- Lead creative development across film, OOH, social, and digital experiences
- Ensure high standards of craft, storytelling, interaction design, and motion
- Partner with senior stakeholders to present and sell creative work
- Mentor and develop senior creatives while building strong, inclusive teams
- Collaborate with production and operations to manage scope, timelines, and delivery
Qualifications
- 12 years of agency or studio experience, including 3 years at the GCD level
- Portfolio demonstrating award-recognized brand work and shipped digital experiences
- Experience leading integrated teams from concept through launch
- Proven ability to be the most senior creative voice in the room and own outcomes
- Comfortable working across complex or regulated categories
