CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare you will:
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Assist with light housekeeping and home organization
- Prepare simple meals and assist with nutrition support
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands or transportation when needed
- Help maintain a safe home environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
- Document care and follow company care plans
Caregivers are expected to provide consistent, respectful care that supports client independence and dignity.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have:
- At least 2 year of caregiving experience
- A compassionate and patient-centered attitude
- Strong reliability and attendance history
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and screening
- Ability to follow care plans and documentation requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients during shifts
- Ability to assist with mobility support if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required
