Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover, NC. As an RN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people, spanning all ages and abilities. You will be responsible for assessing clients and making recommendations for care planning, providing reliable care as a professional RN, and establishing communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Perform PRN supervisory visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

• Provide guidance and support to caregivers on care plans and expectations

• Assist with caregiver training and skill validation (non-medical scope)

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal team members

• Ensure all services remain within non-medical home care guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

• Experience in home care, senior care, or related field preferred
