As an overnight caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Monitor clients during the night to ensure safety and respond to any needs
Assist with bedtime routines such as toileting, changing, or transferring to bed
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Record and report any changes in condition, behavior, or sleep patterns
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Perform light housekeeping tasks if needed (e.g., laundry, tidying)
Remain alert and available throughout the shift, with rest periods only if permitted
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
