About the Role

As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your compassion, empathy, and attention to detail will make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide personal care services, including toileting and incontinence care

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medications

• Promote independence and safety in the home environment

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the client care supervisor

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and move clients

• Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
