What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and meaningful social connection
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
- Help with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with transportation and errands
- Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Active HCA, CNA, or NAR certification required, or proof of active enrollment in a certification program
- Ability to pass a background check and meet Washington State hiring requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Strong desire to improve the lives of seniors
- Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
