Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
Support clients with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, lifting, and positioning
Encourage independence and promote client safety and well-being
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field (preferably in home care)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and transfer clients with mobility issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
