Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

As a Certified HHA, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their own homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to patients in their homes
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as transferring, toileting, and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs, report changes, and communicate with patients' healthcare providers
- Assist with medication management, including administration and documentation
- Engage patients in activities that promote relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- Certification: Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New Jersey
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Availability: Must be available to work PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
