Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Engage clients in meaningful conversations, games, and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment
Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Speak Spanish fluently and engage with clients in their native language
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in home care or a related field
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
