Role Description
Synergy Health 360 is seeking a passionate Medspa professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ. The primary responsibilities include administering aesthetic and wellness treatments, consulting with clients about their personalized care options, and maintaining accurate documentation of services. The role also involves educating clients on post-treatment care, managing schedules, and interfacing with team members to deliver high-quality care in line with the company's commitment to exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, skin treatments, and laser therapies
- Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills with the ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to manage appointments and documentation effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance in a clinical setting
- Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering positive client experiences
