Key Responsibilities
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling for senior executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Help draft and manage internal communication including emails, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
- Conduct research and compile briefing materials for meetings, presentations, and special projects.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives.
- Support in organizing travel plans, events, and leadership initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
