Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot EHR systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
* Ensure system security and integrity through proper configurations, regular updates, and backups.
* Train staff on effective use of healthcare IT tools, including EHR systems, AI solutions, and telehealth platforms.
* Create custom reports
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on healthcare technology and compliance.
- Experience with EHR system-Credible
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, and networks.
- Expertise in telehealth technology, remote patient monitoring, and mobile health applications.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
