Job Description
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Licensed in the state of Maryland as LGSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC and degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. Additionally, you will need to submit copies of your licensing credentials and successfully complete a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment medical examination before you can be appointed into this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Individual and Family Therapy
- Ensure timely documentation in the practice management system
- Compliance with Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Meeting Attendance, Required Trainings, Quality Assurance Committees, and Agency Initiatives
- Monitor and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.
- Complete biannual reassessments on assigned clients
- Refer client, or family to needed to supportive services, as needed
- Modify treatment plans according to changes in client status.
- Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines established by the agency.
- Maintains employee file with current documentation.

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
