Overview
Synergy Chiropractic and Functional Neurology is growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy, people-first Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for families.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in conversation, loves helping people, and is motivated by performance, growth, and results.
You won’t be selling random services - you’ll be guiding families into care that can change their child’s (and often their entire family’s) trajectory. Some conversations will be with high-intent leads, others will require you to proactively reach out, start conversations, and create opportunity. Your role is to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and confidently move people toward taking action.
You'll follow up with event leads, warm inbound inquiries, and prospective patients, book evaluations, and support our front desk experience. You are the bridge between marketing and patient care.
This is a paid position with growth opportunity inside one of the fastest-growing Functional Neurology clinic in the Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with event leads (workshops, community events, Meta ad leads, etc.) via call, text and email
- Convert warm prospects into scheduled evaluations
- Respond to inbound inquiries and guide potential patients through next steps
- Clearly communicate the value of our one-on-one, performance-based care model
- Schedule evaluations efficiently and confidently using our systems
- Track all communications and lead activity in our CRM
- Support the front desk experience by creating a welcoming, high-energy first impression
- Assist with nurturing campaigns and reactivation of past leads
- Hit booking targets and conversion goals consistently

- Strong written communication skills (text/email follow-up matters here)
- Able to move fast in a high-growth environment
- Passion for health, fitness, athletics, or performance is a major plus
