Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Culver City, CA

Duration: 11 Months (Possible Extension)

Join Our Client as a Marketing Coordinator and be a key driver behind innovative campaigns that shape the future of technology and digital services. In this dynamic role, you will support global iCloud marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, creative, product, and analytics to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and subscription growth. Bring your organizational prowess, positive attitude, and strategic mindset to help craft compelling campaigns that make a worldwide impact.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, or related functions
• Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration from planning to execution
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting subscription services, consumer tech, digital services, or direct-to-consumer marketing
• Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels including paid media, owned channels, partner marketing, and digital media
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, performance measurement, and analytics reporting
• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations in Keynote
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience coordinating cross-promotional and partner marketing activities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years supporting marketing campaigns and project coordination, preferably within technology or digital services.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to coordinate with teams across different time zones
• Support for marketing activations and promotional initiatives
• Ability to partner with analytics teams for performance tracking and insights.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $45. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
