Title: Digital Producer – Elevate the Future of Digital

Location: Culver City, CA

Duration: 4 to 5 Months Contract (Possible extension)

Are you a highly organized and creative project manager with a passion for entertainment and digital innovation? Join Product TV Marketing’s dynamic operations team in Culver City as a Digital Producer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of some of the most exciting original series, films, and sports content like MLS, MLB, and F1. As the heartbeat of digital creative delivery, you’ll ensure flawless execution from concept to final delivery, supporting our creative teams and agency partners with your expertise and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end production of digital creative assets—including static, interactive, and rich media—ensuring delivery meets quality standards and deadlines
• Brief and coordinate with digital agencies on campaign needs, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
• Lead daily scrum meetings to align team goals and track project progress
• Handle project budgets, forecasts, and tracking to keep campaigns on budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with art and print-focused teams to adapt artwork for digital formats, troubleshooting layout, resize, and spec challenges
• Drive efficiencies across high volumes of assets, constantly seeking innovative ways to optimize workflows
• Act as a trusted communication hub, providing updates and feedback across multiple rounds of creative development.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience producing and managing digital static, interactive, and rich media creative
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with on-time, on-budget delivery
• Expertise briefing and managing creative agencies, with experience in entertainment or sports marketing preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability with a high tolerance for pressure and tight deadlines
• Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with agency partners or managing high-profile clients
• Knowledge of digital ad specs and art asset management
• Passion for entertainment and understanding of current digital trends.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Relevant experience in digital content production, ideally within entertainment or sports brands.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional flexibility for project demands

The hourly pay rate for this position is $65. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
