What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Processor position at Synergis?
Title: Account Processor
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Responsibilities:
- Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations
- Mail out packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations
- Assist in the phone queue to answer customer questions
- Complete checks and scan packages within SLA on the same day
- Interact with customers, internal/external clients, and team members face-to-face and on-site
- Support document processing and record-keeping tasks associated with customer accounts
Requirements:
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively
- Ability to be in office full time, 8-5 CST
- Experience with MSP or DOCV/MIR is a plus
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $14.00 to $24.01 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
