Job Title - Account Processor
Location - Owensboro, Kentucky 42301(onsite)
Duration - 06 Months contract with potential for extension
Must have ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST
Overtime: Potential, but limited Responsibilities of this position.
Responsibilities:
Attention to detail, fast paced environment.
Processing income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations. Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions to customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations.
They will be expected to Complete checks same day, scan all packages same day and stay within SLA.
There are currently 30 employees in this department and Candidate will interact with Customers, internal/external clients, phone and email.
Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.
Required skills:
Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressured environment, ability to multi-task, great teamwork. Ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great!
Interview Process: 1 Telephone interview with two managers on the call.
Salary : $18 - $24
