Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration : 5 plus months
Work Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Working Hours: PST (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Job Summary
This is what you'll do:
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
- Maintain electronic systems for various licenses
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving administrative issues with internal business partners and/or external licensing agencies
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
- Complete and submit administrative forms associated with license applications, such as check requests and vendor-related forms
- Complete simple new licensing and renewal applications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Email, and Internet tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience directly related to licensing
- Experience working for a direct sales vehicle manufacturer or within a highly regulated industry
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Experience directly related to licensing, preferably working for a direct sales vehicle manufacturer or within a highly regulated industry
- Proficient with Confluence
- Proficient with Smartsheet
- Hybrid work model based out of Irvine, CA
Salary : $20 - $22
