The Role
We’re seeking a Purchaser & Dispatch Coordinator to manage purchasing, shipping, and delivery schedules. This is a hands-on role that keeps projects running smoothly — from reviewing orders to confirming deliveries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Review and process orders, ensuring accuracy across estimates, drawings, and vendor documentation
- Create and track purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Coordinate deliveries and keep detailed records in OneDrive & Excel
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to resolve discrepancies
- Schedule shipments, confirm client readiness, and update calendars with all delivery details
Qualifications
- 3 years of office experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment
