As an IT Dispatch Supervisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, coordinate IT support dispatch, monitor workorders, and provide reporting to management. You will also assist with administrative tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the initial point of contact with clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify technical issues and open workorders as needed.
- Triage, monitor, and escalate workorders to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide status updates and reports to management.
- Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and generate related reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing support, and marketing event preparation.
- Support office operations and IT team workflow to maintain efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, MS Teams).
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with a desire to grow a career in IT.
- Competitive salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education).
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with overtime opportunities.
