Quality Inspector:
Key Responsibilities:
o Document inspection results and report non-conforming materials to relevant departments.
o Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in the assembly line and collaborate with production teams for corrective actions.
o Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to supervisors and production staff.
o Review and approve inspection documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
o Ensure all measuring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
o Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action meetings as needed.
o Assist in preparing quality reports and summaries for management review.
o Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
o Proficient in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and electrical testing instruments.
o Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
o Basic understanding of quality control methodologies such as inspection criteria, defect dispositions, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
o Knowledge in calibration and equipment maintenance.
o ASQ certification and experience with Lean manufacturing and basic statistical analysis a plus but not required.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably with electric products.
- Skills:
