Responsibilities
-Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing and piping systems
-Perform pipefitting work including cutting, threading, bending, and assembling pipe systems
-Troubleshoot plumbing, piping, and mechanical system issues
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-Perform preventative maintenance on facility plumbing and mechanical equipment
-Inspect systems to ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
-Support facility improvement projects and equipment installations
-Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
Schedule
Monday -Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Requirements
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-3 years of commercial plumbing experience
-Pipefitting experience is required
-Experience troubleshooting commercial plumbing and piping systems
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
-Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
-Ability to work independently in a facility maintenance environment
