Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigator to join a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice.

• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling personal injury matters from case evaluation through trial and a proven track record of trial experience.

• The attorney must be admitted and in good standing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and be comfortable independently managing complex plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.

• Develop litigation strategies and case theories.

• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.

• Analyze medical records, expert reports, and other evidence.

• Work with medical and other expert witnesses to develop and present cases.

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.

• Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead/first-chair trial counsel when appropriate.

• Negotiate settlements while maintaining a strong trial-focused approach.

• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the litigation process.

• Independently manage an active and complex caseload.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigator.

• Significant trial experience is required.

• Demonstrated experience taking personal injury cases through litigation and trial.

• Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, and settlement negotiations.

• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution.

• Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills.

• Bar Admissions

• Active and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.

• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.

• Admission in both PA and NJ is required.

• Exceptional courtroom and trial advocacy skills.

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

• Excellent deposition and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced plaintiff-side litigation environment.
