Tax work will be predominantly 1040s, but will also include 1120S, 1041, and 1065. Candidates should be confident with each type of tax preparation and rules.
Responsibilities
- Prepare 1040, 1120S, 1041, and 1065 tax returns.
- Work directly with clients.
- Conduct tax research.
- Draft taxing authority notice responses.
- Work independently.
- Manage time effectively.
- Utilize tax software and common office applications.
- Experienced professional tax preparer.
- Confident with 1040, 1120S, 1041, and 1065 tax preparation and rules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of tax software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
