Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead and grow a high-performing lemon law and consumer litigation team. This is a fully remote leadership opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience, operational oversight capabilities, and a passion for mentoring legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage attorneys and legal staff
Oversee lemon law matters from intake through resolution
Handle negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
Manage complex and high-volume caseloads
Drive team performance, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction
Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar license
10 years of lemon law and/or consumer litigation experience
Prior law firm leadership or management experience
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience scaling legal teams or managing multi-state operations
Familiarity with case management software
