Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care & Integrative Medicine
Location: Arizona (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $55.00-$75.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development.
Qualifications
Active or eligible Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in Arizona.
Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required).
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
Interest in preventive, wellness, or integrative medicine is a plus.
