- There can be additional responsibilities around handling exchanges with client and internal stake holders through managing projects administration and account management activities and routine inquiries from clients.
- Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions
- Take care of day-to-day client requests for samples and paperwork
- File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Focus on sampling and labeling and shipping for everyday samples to clients to support sales executives to manage their accounts.
- Focus will be to support the current project management team with ordering client samples, organizing and shipping.
- High School Diploma Required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Prefer 2 years Admin Experience
- Computer literacy required - Microsoft products to include excel, word, Power Point.
- Must have Strong organization skills, team player, ability to develop and maintain working relationships both internal and external.
- Preferred knowledge and usage of sales processes
- Shift: 8:30- 5pm
