Salary: $140,000 - $175,000, depending on experience.
Location:
Full-time hybrid role based in either the Ontario, CA or Los Angeles, CA office, with work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Workers' Compensation cases from inception through resolution.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their claims and rights.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and outcomes.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and evaluate permanent disability ratings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the process.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Demonstrated experience in Workers' Compensation law.
- Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation regulations and the Labor Code.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling settlements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
