Role Description
- Draft and file motions and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analytical work on trust and estate matters
- Manage depositions and interact with witnesses
- Prepare for court proceedings and present cases in court
- Assist with all aspects of trust and estate litigation cases
- Collaborate with clients, team members, and other legal professionals to achieve successful outcomes
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong foundation in law, especially in trust and estate matters
- Experience drafting motions and other legal documents
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a team environment
- Prior experience in trusts and estates litigation is highly preferred
