- Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Review tax returns and workpapers
- Conduct tax research projects
- Communicate project updates, opportunities, and issues with clients and staff
- Train and oversee team members
- Maintain technical tax expertise across industries
- Manage book of business, budgets, and production goals
- Support consulting and special projects
- BSBA in Accounting
- CPA required
- 6 years of public accounting experience
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Client-focused and detail-oriented
- Experience with QuickBooks, ProSystem fx Tax, MS Word, and Excel
- Hybrid remote flexibility in Wakefield, MA
