Key Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC/mechanical design from concept through construction administration.
- Develop and review drawings, specifications, calculations, and equipment selections.
- Perform heating/cooling load and ventilation calculations.
- Coordinate designs with architectural, electrical, and structural teams.
- Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
- Assess existing mechanical systems and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- WI PE license required; IL PE preferred.
- 10 years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience preferred.
- Healthcare project experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office required.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
