Key Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and update behavior intervention strategies as needed
- Provide field supervision (10-20% of direct service hours)
- Train, mentor, and evaluate behavior technicians
- Review session notes and client data for quality and progress monitoring
- Provide parent training and lead team meetings
- Collaborate with clinical team members and ensure treatment consistency
- Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines, funding requirements, and company policies
- Meet billable hours and performance expectations
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- State licensure (if required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior BCBA experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in home and community settings
- Physical ability to support active therapy sessions (up to 35 lbs lifting)
- Must maintain HIPAA-compliant transportation and a personal device for documentation
