- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Active Idaho PE license.

- Strong understanding of Idaho engineering regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D or Carlson Civil.
- Experience in commercial and residential land development.
- Background in business development or client-facing project leadership.
