Our client is seeking a 2 years experienced Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Beverly Hills personal injury team to manage cases from intake through settlement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to final settlement
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and co-counsel
- Draft and evaluate demand packages, settlement summaries, mediation briefs, and correspondence
- Oversee case managers, monitor deadlines, and track statutes of limitations
- Evaluate liability and damages, coordinate medical treatment, and assist with lien resolution
- Active California Bar license (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury law experience (Required)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Salary range: $85,000 - $175,000 per year based on experience
