What You'll Do
- Own and manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from start to resolution
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding strategy
- Analyze liability, injuries, treatment, and damages to maximize case value
- Negotiate aggressively with insurance adjusters to secure strong settlements
- Partner with case managers, legal assistants, and leadership to move files efficiently
- Identify when cases should settle vs. escalate to litigation
- 1-3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Hungry, competitive, and coachable-someone who wants to win and grow
- Strong communicator who can confidently handle clients and negotiations
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- $150,000 base salary
