- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and correspondence under attorney supervision
- Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files
- Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries of findings
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel
- Track litigation deadlines, manage calendars, and ensure timely court filings
- Support overall case management in a fast-paced litigation environment
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation; construction or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Louisiana legal procedures and court systems
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred
