- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence, under the supervision of an attorney.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Organize and maintain case files and electronic records
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings
- Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses
- Track deadlines and manage court filings
- 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation (construction or insurance defense preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Louisiana legal procedures and court systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred
