Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- Training, Learning & Change Enablement
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials including courses, videos, job aids, and reference content supporting data literacy, analytics, and information management practices
- Facilitate and instruct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Assess and continuously improve learning content and communications as program maturity evolves
- Identify people-side change risks and points of resistance; develop targeted change management and learning materials to address them
- Apply data literacy frameworks to map skills to learning needs and develop scalable learning solutions
- Measure and advance data literacy, data governance adoption, and use of Preferred Data Stack tools
- Engagement & Communications
- Support data fluency awareness campaigns and enterprise communications related to systems, projects, and change initiatives
- Administer and engage the Data.
- Platform and data stewardship community
- Maintain clear, proactive communication on current projects, timelines, and future needs
- Collaborate with leaders, program teams, subject-matter experts, contractors, and employees to translate complex topics into clear, actionable learning and messaging
- Event Planning & Program Support
- Plan and coordinate corporate learning and engagement events (300-400 attendees), including logistics, content coordination, and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for assigned projects
- Support onboarding of new interns or contractors and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Background in training, instructional design, communications, or change management
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Camtasia, and Audacity
- Experience with Vyond or other video creation tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting content for evolving corporate change and AI-driven initiatives
- Creative, analytical, and proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills
